The packaging is compostable now too!
Our rectangular bolster offers width and a flat surface for supine postures. The flat surface supports the back and can also be used to raise the hips in sitting postures and placed lengthways under the mid-back to open up the chest. This small rectangular bolster is ideal for gentle support and stretch.
